Onboarding KYC Analyst (Compliance)
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Team.The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing KYC documentation, assessing the applicants’ risk profiles, and be comfortable communicating with clients in a professional manner in order to obtain KYC information.
Operations Analyst – AML (Compliance)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) department. The successful candidate will work with the Operations Head to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the department. Able to process formalization and standardization, automation and data management, process enhancement, new process development, collaboration and communication, compliance and risk management, training and documentation.
PKRD Payment Gateway – (Development)
Integrate and maintain PKRD coin payment method through PKRD payment gateway and ensure payment method is operational and running optimally at all times in merchant websites. Implement fallbacks and contingencies to ensure minimal to no disruption in payment services and create and monitor reports, focusing on continuously improving acceptance rates. Apply necessary changes to payment routing as required and liaise with merchants promptly, providing regular updates on actions, security and status.
